"Fall Back" - Tips for the end of Daylight Savings Time for Adults
The 10 Steps
Saturday night, go to bed at your regular bedtime.
You will end up waking up 1 hour earlier on Sunday morning. Get up and start your day at this time.
Go to sleep at your regular bedtime (current clock). It may be challenging to stay awake but commit and try hard.
Get up at your normal wake-up time the next day.
Do not nap to compensate!
Get up and have a healthy breakfast!
Only have 1 cup of coffee when you wake up for the day.
Work out in the morning to boost your energy and focus.
Do not watch TV in bed or use your electronic devices an hour before you get into bed.
It usually takes a couple of days to get the hang of the new time.
