Little Sleepers will resolve your child's sleep issues in a nurturing and supportive way. Through office sessions and/or phone consultations, we will work intimately together to develop a clear and effective sleep program that addresses your child's specific needs. We teach parents how to help their children learn necessary self-soothing skills that allow them to be incredible sleepers. With the help of Little Sleepers, your whole family will get the sleep they need and deserve.

Little Sleepers Full Consultation

  • The Little Sleepers “Full” Consultation begins with an initial two-hour consultation via telephone conference call or in our office in Bethesda, Maryland.

  • A comprehensive assessment and analysis of your child's current sleep issues for naps and nighttime sleep. The assessment incorporates your child's developmental history, a twenty-four hour detailed review, feeding schedules, sleep education, age-appropriate developmental stage education and a "roadmap" of daily activities and routines.

  • A personalized sleep program that addresses and solves your child's sleep issues for both nighttime and daytime sleep. Annika creates each personalized plan to meet the needs of your child as well as the needs of your family.

  • Annika is 100% committed to you and your family. Her sleep coaching strategy provides unparalleled support. She believes that consistent support and a personal connection is the key to sleep success. She works intimately with you and your family. Her approach allows her to get a true understanding of your child and to listen and support your goals for your child. She adjusts your child’s plan of action if need be. Your child is a living little being and her daily support allows her to make adjustments as things come up.

  • Annika begins her empowering support with a check-in on night one just an hour and a half into implementing your personalized Little Sleepers sleep plan. She then works with your family for THREE consecutive weeks. She believes that even if your child is sleeping brilliantly in week one, support for the following weeks to address anything that can potentially arise is imperative for long-term success. Daily follow-up check-in’s start every morning and continue through the day up to 2-3 texts a day - week one and in week two you will check in with her in the morning and in the afternoon. Week three is what she calls her “training wheels off” week. You are in the groove and feel empowered by what you and your child have accomplished! You may have some follow-up questions. You will touch base if need be. In addition, she will schedule check-in telephone calls as needed through the week to connect and to answer questions. She makes herself accessible, provides helpful reminders, troubleshoots unexpected situations that potentially arise and empowers you to help your child achieve your targeted sleep goals.

  • At the close of week three, when your child is a brilliant sleeper, Annika provides a fifteen-minute “Close Out” session to discuss sleep strategy for easy travel with your child and how to handle illness and sleep.

Our follow-up is the heart of our work together.

Consistency is the number one factor for our success. We do check-in’s to assess and make proper daily adjustments if necessary. Our support with consistent morning texts as well as communication during the day will help you stay on track, feel supported and get the results your child deserves. We are here to inspire and empower you. We provide our detailed follow-up because we feel strongly that our support is everything for you and your child.

By the end of our work together you will be an expert on your child’s sleep. You will feel empowered and have confidence in your “sleep parenting”.
