Sleep Strategy for children

Little Sleepers will resolve your child's sleep issues in a nurturing and supportive way. Through office sessions and/or phone consultations, we will work intimately together to develop a clear and effective sleep program that addresses your child's specific needs. We teach parents how to help their children learn necessary self-soothing skills that allow them to be incredible sleepers. With the help of Little Sleepers, your whole family will get the sleep they need and deserve.

Little Sleepers "Full" Consultation

  • An initial two-hour consultation at our office in Washington D.C., telephone session or in-office session.

  • A comprehensive assessment and analysis of your child's current sleep issues for naps and nighttime sleep. The assessment incorporates your child's developmental history, a twenty-four hour detailed review, feeding schedules, sleep education, age-appropriate developmental stage education and a "roadmap" of daily activities and routines.

  • A personalized sleep program that addresses and solves your child's sleep issues for both nighttime and daytime sleep. We create each personalized plan to meet the needs of your child as well as the needs of your family.

  • Follow-up check-ins consisting of 6 nurturing telephone calls and 3 Daily texts to answer questions, provide helpful reminders, troubleshoot unexpected situations and assist you to help your child achieve targeted sleep goals.

  • A fifteen-minute “Close Out” session to discuss travel and illness.


LITTLE SLEEPERS "LITTLE" CONSULTATION

This consultation is best suited for smaller sleep issues or for return LS families who need a comprehensive plan with no check-ins.

  • Two-hour initial consultation or telephone session (for out-of-state families or families with childcare issues).
  • A comprehensive assessment and analysis of your child's current sleep issues for naps and nighttime sleep. The assessment incorporates your child's developmental history, a twenty-four hour detailed review, feeding schedules, sleep education, age-appropriate developmental stage education and a "road-map" of daily activities and routines.
  • A personalized sleep program that addresses and solves your child's sleep issues for both nighttime and daytime sleep. We create each personalized plan to meet the needs of your child as well as the needs of your family.

Little Sleepers “Early Morning Riser”  For Children in crib 

  • Is your child a great independent sleeper but gets up way too early? The “Early Morning Riser” consultation is a great option for people who want to improve on their child’s already great independent sleep habits and get their little one sleeping to an appropriate wake-up time.
  • A 1.5 hour telephone consultation.
  • A comprehensive assessment of your child’s current sleep environment and a full analysis of your child’s current early rising issues.
  • A supportive and personalized sleep program for you to implement to resolve your child’s early rising issues.
  • Two weeks of morning text check-ins to answer questions, provide helpful reminders, troubleshoot unexpected situations and assist you to help your child achieve targeted sleep goals.

LITTLE SLEEPERS “EARLY MORNING RISER” FOR CHILDREN IN a bed

  • An initial two 1/2-hour consultation at our office in Washington D.C., telephone session or Skype session (for out-of-state families or families with childcare issues).

The assessment incorporates your child's developmental history, a twenty-four hour detailed review, feeding schedules, sleep education, age-appropriate developmental stage education and a "roadmap" of daily activities and routines.

  • A personalized sleep program that addresses and solves your children's sleep issues for both nighttime and daytime sleep. We create each personalized plan to meet the needs of your child as well as the needs of your family.

  • Thirty-five supportive, nurturing follow-up telephone calls, emails and/or texts to answer questions, provide helpful reminders, troubleshoot unexpected situations and assist you to help your children achieve targeted sleep goals.

  • A fifteen-minute “Close Out” session to discuss travel and illness.
